ClipDart NIL Program

For the first time in history, college athletes are using their platforms to fight haircare inequity—a silent barrier that impacts confidence, opportunity, and mental wellness.

In June 2025, Arizona State University football players Kanye Udoh and Jordan Crook became the first athletes ever to sign a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deal with an organization using student-athletes’ NIL to directly give back to their own campus and community. Through this partnership, Udoh and Crook are helping raise awareness and drive donations to fund hundreds of free, on-site haircuts for underserved ASU students and surrounding Phoenix communities. Together with ClipDart, they are making history in both the NIL space and the hair industry!

Thanks to new rules, college athletes can now receive sponsorships just like the pros. While most NIL deals focus only on money or exposure, ours is different. Rooted in equity, service, community, and humility, the ClipDart NIL program connects athletes to something deeper than branding. Every post, fundraiser, and signed item from our athletes fuels free haircuts where they are needed most.

ClipDart has already provided over 35,000 free haircuts across 30+ states, partnering with more than 200 organizations. This program builds on that momentum by giving athletes the chance to fund real change where they live, study, and play.

This is not just about hair. It is about restoring dignity, strengthening mental health, and ensuring no one feels overlooked because of how they look. With the support of athletes, donors, and community members, we are proving that sports, culture, and service can come together to create lasting impact.
